This was supposed to be KittyPi, but i messed it up by thinking i could just do another increase round. BUT, and it's a big one - i didn't knit enough decrease rounds and the whole thing is just a mess. And yet i hadn't given up and put the thing into the washer for a hot cycle. It felted really good, even though i didn't think it will, because the wool was partly bleached. It was bulky Lamb's Wool by TeDdy's wool' knit on 10mm needles. So now i call it Kitty no-so-Pi. I'm sure i'll knit this again some day and i will not try to make any rush decisions :teehee: My older cat loves it so far and it's her place on the couch :yay:

I had a disaster with the kitty pi. I wanted to make it in my nice chenille, but it didn't want to be knit in the round.
I still like yours. My cats will take it if yours don't want it!:yay:

Well If you made it for a cat bed and the cat likes it, I would call that a success. and you learn a thing or two as well. Good Job.

aww i think its cute and as long as the kitty uses it that's all that matters. I've wanted to make a kitty bed but then they wouldn't sit with me so I haven't. I'm kinda greedy. I want all the kitty love so I guess I would have to make the bed fit my lap. LOL.

I guess just go for a lap blanket then, or if you are with my cats, just sit and knit!:roflhard:

Yep that's exactly what I do!!!:roflhard: :roflhard: I trade cats. First the big and then the little cat. they take turns. and whoever is not on my lap is sitting on the back of the couch over my head. Yep I love my cats. It's a nice arrangement.

It's cute anyway. I miss my kitty. His kidneys failed two years ago and he went to kitty heaven. Hope he's having fun there.

Karina,
What is the site for your avatar with the baby? Can you tell me about it? PM me I guess...I'm not too familiar how to do that, but I don't want to interupt this thread!
thanks,
Jen

lol @ pizza pi! I like the changes you made. If the cat likes it is a success! I have knit several things for my cats and they just turn up their noses at them. But give them a box or paper bag and they are content for days! :teehee:
