Now I know that this will be simple, but with pregnancy brain, I have no idea!

I've knitted a blanket, and I'm just finishing the lace edge.

This is the lace pattern:
Row 1 Slip 1, Knit 1,(Yarn fwd knit 2 tog)twice, Yarn fwd Knit 2
Rows 2, 4, and 6. Slip 1 Knit to the end.
Row 3. Slip 1, knit 2 (yarn fwd knit 2 tog) twice. Yarn fwd Knit 2
Row 5. Slip 1, knit 3 (yarn fwd knit 2 tog) twice. Yarn fwd Knit 2
Row 7. Slip 1, knit 4 (yarn fwd knit 2 tog)twice . Yarn fwd Knit 2
Row 8. Slip 1, Knit 11 sts
Row 9. Slip 1 Knit 11 sts
Row 10 cast off 4 Sts Knit to the end ( 8sts) These 10 rows form the pattern.

However, I obviously need to bind off the lace to finish it, right? Because I've already bound off the 4 sts in Row 10, I think it would look awful to just BO the entire next row. But maybe I'm missing something?

Any help/advice gratefully received!

I would bind off the entire row 10. Are there any instructions for binding off and finishing separate from the lace pattern?

This is a knit-on edge, perpendicular to the body of the blanket, yes? is it all the way around the blanket? Because if it is, you graft the final row to the first row once you have knit all the way around. if it is just along one edge - then yes, you would bind off the entire row on your last repeat.
