Anyone else take this test? I'm fairly happy with my results, but I know I can do better. It's interesting and wakes you up with the results.

I did it a while ago but don't remember what my "real Age" was. I just did it again but it's telling me I have to wait 1-2 hours for my results...pffft...I won't care anymore in 1-2 hours...:teehee:

You can also sign up for an email newsletter with different health tips every week. I signed up several years ago and have enjoyed reading results of various medical studies and nutrition tips.

My calendar age is 32.2 and my "real age" is 31.9. I have a ton of things I need to work on though. I think some of the things are silly- like not knowing my blood pressure is a -. Yeah, I've had it taken recently, but as of today, I don't know it. I'm not going to go out and buy a blood pressure machine just to monitor if I know I don't have a problem.

I thought it was pretty neat, I did it and was VERY happy with the results.

Actual age 53
Real Age 45.5 WOOHOOOO!!!!

I'm a tad bit overweight but other than that lead a very healthy lifestyle (including regular exercise).

The exercise is what makes mine higher. I hate exercise, but I do strength training 3 days a week so that helped.

with me its the stress levels and excersise. i do aerobic style excersise daily (i have horses) but dont to strength etc ever really.

i was impressed with my result as well. just under a year older than my actual age, but comsidering the year i've had thats brilliant lol

I just took the test again after I think 4 years and my age is younger yet. I'm 55.25 years and my real age is 47. :woohoo: :woohoo:
Now if only I looked that young.

Now if only I looked that young.

I've always said that I don't mind getting older, I just don't want to look it. :teehee: My biggest downfall is exercise..if I change that I will probably be 'younger' by their estimation.

After working outside all day today I also feel about 80. I forgot my arthritis medication and was working at my neighbors yard. He hired me to take care of his wife's flower beds after she died. She was one of my best plant customers and she has about an acre of perennial borders as do I and all that squatting and bending and digging really gets to my joints.
