Hi:waving:
About 4 or so months ago I posted that I was redoing my craft room. I am lucky enough to have a whole room to myself with a large walk in closet to be crafty in. I bought myself a flat screen lcd, cable hook up, dvd player, painted the walls and got a new tv table and set it all up. Love my room.
Is it ok to be so in love with a craft room???:roflhard:
A few weeks ago I ran into (drove to) an estate sale and came across an old thread holder that you hang on the wall. I realized I also had an old wall shelf in the basement that I had picked up at a thrift store and meant to paint. So I ran to the paint store and did these:

$2 shelf

$10 thread holder that came with all the threads ( a lot pure silk!)
Today I hung these:
you can see in this last pic the thread holder on the left with all the purdy threads on it

Yes, there is a theme. I like the color blue. My room in high school was blue. My dh hates blue. my room, my blue!
The best thing about this room is that it's a bit messy, but I don't care. The rest of the house dh likes to have neat and clean. I'm not a neat person. I like to have my stuff around me (ie: all over). So there's a project laying on the futon half done (still working on it I swear) Stuff on the sewing desk I haven't finished sewing yet (sewers block) Stuff on the floor that doesn't fit on the shelves (not my fault. the shelves wont let me put more stuff on them.) and stuff on the floor in the closet. (still not my fault. walk in closet too small. I suggested to DH that we knock out the wall to the bathroom, but he said no:roflhard: ) But all that is totally fine with me. I get to be messy. DH stays out because it's messy. A win win!:yay:
