broken yarn...

I was about to knit the next stitch and the yarn broke. So, I simply slipped the sock off the needles.

I'll start it over (using a new yarn) :woohoo: .

i had trouble with yarn breaking when i was making socks back at Christmas time, because it was only 2 ply i just started knitting again ignoring the break but making sure to leave long tails at both ends to easily weave in afterward. I couldnt bare to keep restarting the socks!

It happens. You could have just unknit till you had enough tail to weave in and then started again.
