This pattern (http://cache.lionbrand.com/printablePatterns/60684.pdf) indicates that I should increase in the next two stitches. Unfortunately, it doesn't say which to use. What do ya'll think? Thanks in advance!!!:)

When a pattern reads to inc in a stitch, that would be kfb. The other increases are between stitches.

You could also do a KRL (Knit Right Loop)[knit into the stitch below the stitch on the needle]. Unlike KFB a bar isn't present after you have completed the increase. Amy has a video explaining how to do this under "View Videos: Increase."
