fabulous scarf patterns?

I'd really like to knit a lacy/holey scarf with big crocheted flowers. Does anyone have a knitting pattern for the flowers? I will take a crochet pattern, if no knit patterns exist (I will just have to learn how to crochet). Also, does anyone know of any fabulous scarf patterns of the lacy/holey type I mention above?
