"Itchy" yarn question..

Hi everyone, I am (for the first time) using Lion Brand Wool Ease on a hat..it's going to be warm, but it seems kinda itchy...can I soften it up before I give as a X-mas present? Thanks all

It should soften up nicely after you've washed and dried it. :)

It will soften up some after washing. The nice thing about hats though is they don't generally touch any real delicate skin so they are usually fine anyway. :thumbsup:
