I am attempting my first baby sweater. Here is the part of the pattern I am on so far:

Begin pattern as follows:
Row 1(RS): K10 (11, 12) [left front], yo, k1 [seam st], yo, k5 [left sleeve], yo, k1[seam st], yo, k19 (21, 23) [back], yo, k1[seam st], yo, k5 [right sleeve], yo, k1 [seam st], yo, k10 (11, 12) [right front].
Row 2(WS): K4, purl to last 4 sts, k4.
Row 3: K11 (12, 13), yo, k1, yo, k7, yo, k1, yo,
K21 (23, 25), yo, k1, yo, k7, yo, k1, yo, k11 (12, 13).
Row 4: K4 sts, purl to last 4 sts, K4.

Continue working in established pattern increasing 1 st (yo) on each side of each seam st for a total of 8 increases per RS row, until there are 133 (145, 157) sts on needle. There will be 11 (12, 13) YO holes down each side of each seam st (including the one hole in neck band). End with a WS row.
So I was begining my second set of the pattern and must be missing some increases somewhere cause I have like 16 extra stitches still left to knit when I have reached the end of Row one. I think I am missing the explanation I have put in red, Can you clarify?

I think what you are missing is something it doesn't point out well in the pattern. Look at row 1 and row 3. Do you see where on the left front and right front sections it has you increasing the number of stitches you knit by one - and on each sleeve and the back sections it has you increasing the number by two? This increase accounts for the fact that each odd number row, you add 8 sts that must now be knitted. So, now that you're on the repeat of row 1, your instructions would look like this (assuming you're knitting the smallest size):

K12, yo, K1, yo, K9, yo, K1, yo, K23, yo, K1, yo, K9, yo, K1, yo, K12.

I hope that makes sense. And you'll increase those sections by the above mentioned number of sts each odd number row.
