is inc1 the same as moss increase?

inc 1 is a very generic term that means "increase 1". When you see it in a pattern and it doesn't tell you what kind of increase to use, you can use whichever one you prefer.

The moss increase is a specific type of increase. If you scroll down the increase video page, you'll see videos for it:

There are various types of m1 (make 1) increases on the videos page as well.
