Need help with instructions

I am currently working on a pattern from bernatt called Softee Baby Knit Blanket Textured Blocks. Please explain what it means (RS) K5. *C2B.C2F.K9. Rep from * to last 9 sts. C2F.C2B.K9.K5. I can't find any instructions on what the C2B AND C2F mean.

C2F would be cable 2 front--slip one stitch onto a cable needle and hold it in front, knit one, knit one from cable needle.

C2B=slip one to a cable needle and hold to the back, knit one, knit one from cable needle.
