Probably something easy that I'm not really understanding... but here it goes.
I'm at the part of the pattern where the directions are:
"place center 8 sts (of 68 total stitches) on holder, while at the same time continuing to work the armhole decreases as for back. Work next WS row even"
what?
so.... do i just put the stitches on a holder and skip those 8 stitches and move over (and leave a gaping hole in the front of the sweater?.... or does it mean to cut the yarn, and start over on the other side....
the pattern I'm using is: http://www.knotions.com/patterns/magknits/durrow/directions.aspx
All that i have left is the front of the work, weaving in the ends and sewing the pieces together (all before the 25th of march).
:woohoo:
Perhaps anyone has used this pattern before or know something like it where it uses the directions i'm having trouble with?
many thanks,
tiffany
