Never took me this long to knit a jumper! (near 2 months)
So I am please to reach the end.

I agree with everyone here the sweater is beautiful. I can see why your son loves it so. I must ask did you line the sweater? In any case it is gorgeous, and be very proud of yourself.

Many thanks to all my knitting baddies. As usual, you are all too generous in your compliments.
To Gingerbread: it is fully lined (in a very soft knitted fabric, like a mesh), I mainly lined it so John doesn' t stick his fingers through the back loops.
