i'm trying to find a pattern for a tank top that i can do with my 3 skeins of Knit Picks gloss lace. i've been looking on ravelry for an hour and i'm just fustrated. could i do something that uses fingering weight or something and just use different needles? i need some help with this one.

You could try a fingering weight pattern. I usually use needles several sizes larger than given in a pattern and it doesn't come out too loose or holey. But that's on dk or worsted weight, so you'd need to try it out for yourself to see if that will work with the Gloss.

I found a few, but I don't think a lot of people want to make garments out of lace weight. I sure wouldn't. :zombie: :teehee:

Here's a few in fingering weight that might work.

You might be able to get a few ideas for guage, needle size and styling by looking at some sweaters made with laceweight
