Sorry so many questions tonight. I hope it's ok. I am knitting some small stuffed animals for my kids from this site http://knittedtoybox.blogspot.com/2008/04/amigurumi-tiny-turtle.html. She says that although it is knitted on straight needles it can be modified to be knit on DPN's. Does anyone know how to alter the pattern for this. I love DPN's and it is so much easier for me to knit small things like these animals in the round. Thanks.

Sure. The turtle pattern would be especially easy if I'm reading it right. You just cast on 6 and divide between 3 needles. The do the increases as written. You might want to start the legs flat though because 3 stitches will be extremely awkward on DPNs.

You can do I cord with just 2 dpns for the legs.
