What to knit with Emmebi baby soft cotton/viscose yarn?

I have 5 50-gram balls of Emmebi Baby soft yarn, it is 50 percent cotton and 50 percent viscose. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can make with it?

I couldn't find any pictures of it on Ravelry or in a general internet search. What is the gauge? Can you post a picture?
