FO: Silky Wool "Coffee Cami"
Finally done! I sure procrastinated seaming those two itsy bitsy shoulder seams...seeing how the cami was knit in the round...seaming took 10 minutes. Oy vey!
Yarn: Silky Wool (650yds) Color: Coffee Bean My Rav notes if you care to look. Free pattern, but I tweaked it. Used the pattern for an outline mainly. Intended use: paired with my Noro Bettna cardigan. ![]() ![]() |

DID SOMEONE SAY COFFEE???
Excuse me while I put another cup to brew. It's beautiful! A perfect pairing. The yarn sounds scrumptious in hand. |
Really autumnal, love the colours.

Beautiful work as always! And the colors really are perfect for fall .... I love it! :inlove:
|
So pretty! I love your color choices (always!) Perfect for the season!

Silky Wool is the nicest wool in the world to wear next to the skin. It provides warmth, but not insufferable heat. I mean, it doesn't suffocate. So worn under my Bettna, I'll be very comfortable!
Noro's "Maiko" has the same attributes as Silky Wool. A tad warmer though. And less colors to chose from. And more expensive. You can pick up Silky Wool for a great price. And it has nearly 200 yards per hank. Very generous yardage IMO. |
Very pretty. The color is great with the cardigan.
