911 911 NEED YOUR HELP PLEASESSSSSS

hello there everyone
i am just starting with knitting and am knitting in the round. everything was going along great. i set my knitting down to go outside then came back in and picked it up again and started knitting and noticed that the outside is on the in and the inside is on the out. it was not like that before what the heck am i doing wrong? why is it doing this when it was fine an hour ago? if i could get some advice on what i am doing wrong and how to fix it that would be awesome. thank you very much and have a great day.

You probably picked it up like you do at the end of a row in straight knitting where the yarn is on the left needle. When knitting in the round, the yarn should be on the R needle, just as if you'd put it down in the middle of a row of flat knitting. If that's not it, your work just flipped itself inside out so flip it back and make sure your needle tips are closer to you with the yarn on the R needle.

Don't panic, it happens all the time to new knitters. :)
