FO: Summer Solstice

I love this sweater, though I had my doubts about the yarn. Lots of vegetable matter that had to be picked out and there were quite a few knots which resulted in a lot of loose ends to weave in. Still, I love the result. What a great pattern. It is seamless with a unique construction.
This little sweater has beautiful drape and is the perfect weight for spring. No mods. It grew about 1.5 inches in length after blocking. Pattern: Summer Solstice Yarn: Elsebeth Lavold Silky Wool in color #87 Neptune Blue Details on my Ravelry page: http://www.ravelry.com/projects/Slim/summer-solstice |
Fantastic sweater, Marilyn! You look wonderful! I've used this yarn often, and I love it very much, regardless of the annoying vegetable matter lodged in the strands! I keep a pair of tweezers handy! Silky Wool is "gently warm"...not stuffy warm! It seems to breathe so well!
