Raglan Pullover Sweater
Hi, I belong to a group called Sweater Nanas. We are knitting pullover sweaters for the kindergarten kids at a school in Amado, AZ.
We have some ladies who would like to join but need the pattern converted from circular needles to straight needles.
I have looked all over in Google but to no avail.
Can anybody help please?
Thank you!

If you have a specific pattern, then we could be more specific, but in general, you would cast on half the stitches and work the back front and sleeves separately then seam them together. If it's a top down or bottom up raglan that's a little trickier but can be done. Tell those ladies that knitting in the round on a circ is much easier and faster than knitting the pieces flat and seaming.

Thank you SuzeeQ for your reply.
I also thought that just doing half the stitches for front and half back woul work but it didn't,
I finally figured it out. It takes only 70 stitches out of the 248 to measure 14" which is half of the total 28" around the body.

The attachment management of this web is not working well. I keep on getting bumped. I'll try again tomorrow.

Please don't attach a pattern or post it, that would be against copyright law. I thought maybe it was an online pattern, or one that people may be familiar with.

The 248 sts sounds like the total stitch number for the yoke, which would include the sleeve sts as well as the front and back. Some basic information would help - how many sts around the body is there after you take off the sleeve sts? How many sts for the sleeves?

The sizes for this raglan pullover pattern are either a four or six. I think the six would be the closest size. You'll want a little room for growth. This is a pattern from a sweater wheel pattern generator. You will input the size you want and the yarn type. It gives several variations for the raglan sweater such as a pullover or cardigan. It also gives directions for different necklines.
