Join a new skein of yarn to work in progress
 
I've tried several different ways, but am not pleased with any of them & would like to know the CORRECT method! thanks:knitting:

There is no one 'correct' method, it's the personal preference that you like. Try the Russian join, this is nearly invisible.

Sandy, there is also this method which uses braiding plies from one end with the new yarn: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-u66X5RYjc. Hope you find one that you like!
