Baby wrap with hood

Hi ladies and gents,

I am after a pattern for a baby blanket/ wrap with a hood for a new born.

I found the most beautiful wool and I have 5 weeks before bub is due so would love to make a wrap with a hood for my bundle of joy.

If anyone has a pattern they would like to share I would love to have a go at knitting it.

I am pretty much a beginner and prefer to use 2 (normal) needles. (no DPN or circular etc).

Thank You in advance for any help you can give me.

Here are two patterns:

http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/baby-burrito

A search on Ravelry (free to join) or Knitting Pattern Central will turn up more. These patterns may call for circular needles however, because the number of stitches is easier to fit onto a circular. The blanket is still knit back and forth (not a tube) but the cable of the circular takes the weight of the blanket and doesn't crowd the stitches.

Here's a really cute one.

I would consider it a beginner if you make just the plain one.
