Lost pattern
 

Help,
I started a baby blanket years ago and want to finish it but have lost the pattern. The main section is plain knit but it has a separate border which is what I am stuck on. Have searched on line for pattern but needle in haystack seems to spring to mind. Any one any ideas ? I am novice knitter so don't recognise what I've already knitted ! Can post picture if anyone can help,

Sounds frustrating! Do post a picture and maybe someone will recognize the blanket pattern or the border stitch.
