Help with Effortless Cardigan by Hannah Fettug & Knitbot

I'm a fairly new knitter, but am LOVING it:muah: Pattern states "Decrease row (RS)" which I figured out. Want to make sure I know how to do the next section. Suppose to repeat this decrease row every 12th row 2 more times.

Think I should purl/knit alternately for rows 1 through 11 & then do the decrease row for 12; REPEAT this process once more.
