How to do a stretchy bind off?

I'm binding off from the ribbed edge of a baby hat? Is there a way to have that bind off remain stretchy and soft?

People also like to use Jeny's Surprisingly Stretchy BO which has a video.

I like those bind offs. You can also bind off using a needle in your right hand that is one or two sizes larger than you used to knit the ribbing and that will give you a loose bound off edge.
