Quick Question

I'm going to be knitting this pattern for my friend's grandmother for Christmas. I'm wondering if I could go ahead and knit the sleeves in the round, and if so would I have to make any changes to the pattern? Thanks in advance!! :)

Sure you can do it - garter stitch in the round in alternating a purl round with a knit one, and you'll leave off the edge stitches since you won't be seaming them. So you'd probably only need to do the repeat stitches between the *s which is a 9 stitch repeat. The WS rows would be knit instead of purls. The increases at the beg and end of the row on the Med and Large sizes comes on the last row of the lace pattern before you switch to stockinette, you can inc at the last stitch of the lace round and the first stitch of the stockinette round and that won't disturb the pattern at all. If you do one of those sizes.

Ok thanks for the help!!! The part where I put the stitches for the sleeves, that're on the stitch holders, onto the needles would be the same, and I don't have to worry about changing the decreases or anything? I just want to make sure I have it all right in my head before I start lol

Yes, that would be the same, but remember you won't have the same number of sts as in the pattern because of leaving out the edge sts. But at the end, you can either increase 4 more stitches, or BO 4 less stitches (2 on each row) so you end up with the same amount to do the armhole shaping at the top. That should work okay.

Ok, thank you that makes sense!!! This will make me life much easier lol!!
