Mini-cable over 2 stitches missing row
 

I thought this little doll sweater would be a no brainer until I encountered what I think is a pattern error.
Mini-cable (2st)

Row 1 (RS) 1/1 RC
Row 2 P2
Row 3 K2
Repeat rows 1-4 for pattern

Can someone help me fill in what I am supposed to do for row 4?

I am fairly new at cables and I really need your help.

Work row 4 the same as row 2, it might be missing or you overlooked the words 'all WS/even rows' which would be row 4.
