Garter Ridges Washcloth

Does anyone have Open Work Garter Ridges Washcloth? The pattern was by Allison Rapp and she no longer has her store Fibers in California, or how I would be able to reach her to request it?

Sorry, I looked on Ravelry and it also says no longer available. It sounds like it wouldn't be difficult though and you can probably find a similar pattern.
