Pattern question
 

Hi I am knitting scarfs for my sons preschool teachers and went on Ravelry to look for fun easy quick patterns. I came across this one pattern that I am having difficulty understanding. I have never worked a pattern like this. is this KFPB?

This is the Note:

K into front, back, front, back, front of next stitch
Pass first 4 stitches over 5th = insert left needle into 4th stitch on right needle, lift over 5th st,
repeat with 3rd, 2nd and 1st st

K5 times into next stitch = K into front, back, front, back, front of next stitch
Pass first 4 stitches over 5th = insert left needle into 4th stitch on right needle, lift over 5th st,
repeat with 3rd, 2nd and 1st st

It's kfb with extra stitches - knit front back front back front, kfbfbf which makes 5 sts from one. Then lift the 2nd st from the tip of the R needle over the first one, lift the next one over and so on until you have 1 stitch again.
