knitting casting off
 

I'm ready to cast off on shawl pattern,what is "knit picot bind off" which reads to CO 2 sts using cable cast on method?

Yep, that's it. CO 2 sts then bind off 3 and it make picot points. There should be a video or three on youtube that shows this, even if they use more sts, like CO 3 or 4 and BO 4 or 5, it works the same way.
