Make yourself at home in my knitting yarn bag. Don't be shy.

That'll teach me to leave it out.

I'm uber paranoid with WIPs, stash and tools due to:

Awww! He's comfy! I have a bag that zips and a small one that ties shut. I don't allow cats to play with yarn (it's dangerous) and my kids are grown. :)

It's all scraps, failed projects, and stuff meant to be unraveled and redone as cat blankets anyway. He just beat me to it.

This reminds me of something from my childhood. My Grandma had a wooden chest where she stored blankets... handmade quilts and afghans. That wooden chest was my favorite place to curl up, burrow in and read.

... Thanks for that memory.

One of my cats decided to attack and play with a ball of yarn when I was gone for the weekend. My neighbor who was feeding her for me left the wonderful work of art she created all over the living room and dining room for me to see when I got home. The cat was definitely creative!!! Now I'm very careful to have all the yarn I'm working with at the moment secured before I leave for any length of time.
