Stretches to relieve hand pain/numbness

Just had to share this percussionist's hand and wrist stretches with everyone. They feel great, and really help after a few times doing them. I can feel my fingers again!:woohoo:

Thanks, Charlotte. I'm glad you can feel your fingers! That's good, really good. I don't have Carpal Tunnel but do once in a while get tendons complaining. Those stretches feel good. I think they could even be addictive.

Cool! These stretches should help with my piano, organ, knitting, and crochet work.

Great stretches! I think we all forget that every part of a body needs to be stretched; just look at animals. They are always stretching.

As a piano playing, violin playing knitter - I'll most definitely look at these very closely - hugs!!

David, you and I really should work up a duet.
