Phantom Knitting Syndrome?

No, it isn't knitting from the other side, although if I came across a ghost who knew how to knit, I certainly would take note.

Its just that I notice that when I am not knitting, like right now when I am online, I sometimes still have the sensation that the yarn is still in my right hand, as if I were knitting. Sometimes I can even feel the needles. Is this a syndrome that is the result of frequent knitting? Or could I, perhaps, be loosing it? :eyes:

No different/worse than continuing to run the stitch count/pattern in your head when NOT actually knitting.

My guess is it's from long bouts of knitting. Kind of like after you've been on a boat for 12 hours. As soon as you get off you feel all wobbly like the earth is rocking back and forth.
