Increasing at end of each row help

Hi
I am making a top for a GI Joe doll and can't understand the pattern. It says, Rib 6 rows, then inc 1 st at each end of next row and 2 following 6th rows - 21 sts (I start with 15 sts)
What does 2 following 6th rows mean.
Any help would be appreciated. I am trying to do this for Christmas!

Hi and welcome!
Increase at each end of the next row, call it row 1. Then increase at each end of row 7 and row 13.
GI Joe is going to look so cool in a hand knit!

increasing at end of each row help

Thank you so much! I did wonder if it meant after one set of six rows then another set but it seemed worded strangely to me. That was a really clear explanation you gave me. I can continue now. Any more problems and I will be back - my first time on a knitting forum!
