Do I need to take this all apart? :(
I am about 8 rows into a baby blanket- my first real project and my first time using circular needles. I'll try to explain as best I can what happened, and I have pics, if I can figure out how to get them on here- I was knitting and trying to push the stitches I had finished down the needle more (to give myself room) but 3 stitches fell back and off the other way. They unraveled right away and went 2 rows back (meaning I have lost the 3 stitches on either side, so I have a long row of yarn on both sides). I watched the video on the lost stitch, but since there seem to be 2 rows affected, I wasn't sure how to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated! If my pics show up- the top is the working side, middle is the non-working side and bottom is a top view of both sides.
You can pick up the sts either
1) one column at a time
2) or one row at a time. I find this easier in this situation. Put the sts to be worked on the L needle. Use the 1st (lowest) strand of dropped yarn in back to knit. Repeat.
If you worked across these sts with the working yarn, you'll need to take that row out too to get the sts down to where the dropped sts started.
