Knitting into front and back
 

Hello, I'm new!

I've been sitting here for about 2-3 hours trying to figure out what my pattern at home means by "knit into front of back of the stitches".. does this mean knit normally or does it mean something really really complicated?!

Any help would be much appreciated!
