Twisted stockinette?

I have a pattern that calls for working in twisted stockinette. What exactly is that? Anyone know? Thanks! :XX:

Check the video for combined knitting. That may be what they're talking about....

Twisted stockinette is when you knit TBL, but purl normally, I think :??
