What are the finished dimensions on the size 4? I've been loking for something simple for my Divine Miss. She's a size 5, but she's ridiculously skinny, so the 4 might work for her.

I responded to your pm with the same question, but just in case anyone else is wondering the chest size is 20in, and that is the smallest part of the dress. Oh, and I put the dress throught the washing machine today and it held up really well. (the spaghetti sauce stains came out too. )

You can definitely make it longer, either by flaring it more (casting on more, and then just do the descreases for longer), or just make it longer before you start the decreases. :)

Just looked at your blog and your daughters are beautiful! Looks like you had a great time at the park.

Cute Pattern
Very nice dress. Your daughters are soooooooo cute. :D . I bet they are fun to knit for. Thank you for sharing. I added the pattern to my notebook. Linda |
I bought yarn for it yesterday. I think I'll make it according to your instructions and then add a crochet lace border if I need extra length. It's going to be bubblegum pink! It's Sunsette from Plymouth Yarn, color #15. Their color card doesn't show up very well on my monitor. It's rayon and acrylic, so I'm going to have to play with it a bit to see how it works with the pattern.
