OT- Good News!

I took Sophia to the doctor today to get her echo cardiogram (she was born with a hole in her heart) and the doctor called to tell us that it is gone! :happydance: :happydance: It grew closed as she has gotten bigger. We are so happy that I had to tell you all  And now back to your regularly scheduled knitting :D

My SIL's 2 nieces were born with the same thing, they inherited from their daddy and his sister and mom but all had to have surgery for it
What a fabulous thing that Sophia's healed !!!

 And wouldn't you know it, but your good news just brightened my day, too ;) my nephew (2 months) was born with a hole in his heart, as well, and we've all been worried about it - it's great to hear about Sophia!! What a weight off your shoulders...

Oh I am so happy for your daughter!

My doctor discovered my son had a murmur when he was just a tot. I well remember those agonizing days waiting to see the specialist. Luckily for us it was a case of "noisy heart - skinny body". Nothing to worry about.
