Yarn Substitution
 

I have a pattern that calls for:

Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick and Quick


My question is is this a good yarn to use or is there another one that would be nicer?

What type garment are you knitting? :D

It is a poncho. It is the type that is more fit over your body (it has a neckhole instead of being 'wrapped' around you.

I found Plymouth Yukon that might work.
