Plymouth yarn substitution, anyone?
 

I was hoping to find a yarn to substitute for Plymouth Encore. I'd rather buy it locally and if that fails then order it for minimal shipping.

This is the Plymouth info:

Stitches: 5
Needle: 8
Content: 75% acrylic 25% wool
Yardage: 200
Care: Machine Wash
Weight: Worsted Weight Yarn

I was hoping for a substitution for it since it's an arm and a leg to ship to Canada.

Try Yarn Forward. Canadiana and Patons Decor are two acceptable substitutes for Encore. I also like Unger Utopia, but I don't know if you can get that in Canada. Here is the link for those yarns:
