What is wrap and turn??

Hi all, I am fairly new to knitting and so far I have knitted one baby blanket in basketweave and one afghan with trinity and horseshoe print pattern. Also a few dishcloths. Now I would like to try a piece of clothing. I have found a pattern tank top and it is knitted in wedges which requires stitches to be wrapped and turned. I am not sure what they mean by that. Does someone know of a tutorial or pics I can view? Or maybe just really explain in detail how this is done. Thank You so much in advance :?? :??

Wow! That is the best explanation I've ever seen! Almost makes me want to knit socks . . .
