Labels
Hi,
Does anyone know where I can find labels (already made) for my knitting? I would like to put a label on some of the things I have made--something that says "hand knitted by---". Just wondering, Knitaholic  |

I was looking for the same thing recently. I didn't buy from here but this place is one I found. Edit: Oh nm thats UK only - I googled and got something similar for the USA - I'll see if I can find it shortly |
I got some that say, Made with love by Grandma, Made with love and kisses, and Grandma Loves Me at our local Joann. Not sure where to get them with your name on them if that's what you want. Guess I'd do a google for custom clothing labels.

Hi--
I actually checked this out last week. A site that looks the best to me is http://www.namemaker.com/productcart...?idCategory=25 You can have the labels personalized too. Julie |
you can go to this site for a brief tutorial on how to make your own tags. you just need a inkjet printer, some ribbon, and some iron-on transfers.

Here are a couple more options that I found...

I make the same type as the link SandraEllen posted (inkjet printer, ribbon and iron-on transfer) and i love it! I made my own little logo and personalize each by putting the name of the person on them and color-coordinating them with the object.
It works really well! -hh |

I ordered the labels from Charmwoven www.charmwoven.com and was VERY pleased. In fact I ordered a set of crochet ones for my DIL, a set for me that says HandKnit by Julie and one that says by Nana for thing I do for the GDs. They love them. :cheering:

Thanks everyone for the info.

Sewing stores may have some as well, like Joanns or Hancocks.
