Do you mean you aren't being notified of responses? Notification of replies just randomly stops occasionally, but no one knows why.

I always just log on and look for the yellow flags. This way I'm sure I don't miss something. Lately I feel like I can't catch up on most things, but that's a whole other story.

Each time you visit the site, you'll see yellow flags next to forums that have had postings since your last visit. The same is true for the posts in the forums. Unless you completely clear the history in your internet browser, you should see new posts when you visit next time.

I do what Ingy does regarding posts and just look for the flags; I don't rely on th email notifications anymore because I wasn't getting them consistently. And my email inbox is much cleaner now, too ;)

And I never log out until I've read every yellow flag I want to read. It makes keeping up easier!

What I do is go to the index and click on `View new posts since last visit'. I skip the threads I'm not interested in (or haven't got time for) and the most of the ones I've commented on or read have a different color link - blue instead of purple. Those are the ones I want to keep up with anyway.
