Which video are you trying to watch? Some of them are only a few seconds.

They are varying lengths depending on the topic. Which one are you trying to view?

at this point i'm trying to view any of the videos! i'm clicking on the pink icons and after a short delay the video starts, but they are all only 18 seconds. when i try to download them to my desktop they are all exactly .99mb when the description of the video says it is 45mb.

thanks for your help!

on the homepage there are some tips for getting the videos to work. Try those and if they don't work let one of the mids know.

I've been getting emails for the last couple weeks, something is definitely up with our videos, they're not even working right for ME! :wall:

The GOOD news is, this is all the incentive we need to totally reformat the videos (again). It will improve the video quality of many videos, and decrease (eliminate?) all of the problems we expect!

We've JUST put up our first test video in the new format. Go here to view and give feedback on how the new format works for you.

Thanks for the input!
Amy
