Milk knitting needles???
i was looking at DPNs on ebay and these say that they are made out of "milk protein"
. . . . . :hmm: |
I hear they taste terrible. Which would be bad for me because I'm always putting a DPN in my mouth while I move the stitches around.

It's true, they're made out of casein, which is the milk protein. In Stephanie Purl-Mcphee's book she says that they taste terrible, so don't hold them in your mouth!
I've never used them, well, ok, I have only just heard of them myself , but they would be a big no-no in my house as we're all allergic to milk. Mariblue |
