A New Set of Denise's

I have just gotten a set of Denise's and have a problem with them catching the yarn (seems like they are not quite smooth) but maybe that's just how plastic needles are??

According to their FAQ, you can use a fingernail buffing board or fine sandpaper to smooth out the rough spots.
