Very confused!

Hi

I'm knitting my first sweater and I've reached the working both sides at once step below. I bound off my center 8 stitches and joined a 2nd ball, but can't figure out how to dec 1 st from each neck edge every other row. I decreased 1 st from the left neck edge but I can't see how to do the right side?? I know I'm missing something but I can't get my head around it!

Any help much appreciated!

FRONT
Work as for back until piece measures 21 (22, 23, 24, 25, 26) (if you have adjusted body length to underarm, adjust accordingly), end with a WS row. Neck Shaping Cont to work Raglan Armhole Shaping as for back, join 2nd ball of yarn and bind off center 8 (8, 10, 14, 14, 14) sts. Working both sides at once, dec 1 st from each neck edge every other row 2 (3, 3, 3, 3, 4) times. When all Raglan Armhole Shaping has been worked and piece measures same length as back, fasten off rem 1 st each side.

Depending on which side you're on when you have to decrease you could just k2t or p2t...if I understand your question right.

To try to clarify...

Right now I'm facing RS of piece and have 2 sts remaining on left needle from one ball because I decreased the 1st stich already. I have 3 sts on right needle from 2nd ball of yarn but I'm not sure how to decrease on the right side neck edge
