Increasing Center edge front stitch

Everyone

I am knitting the medium size mama bear fm Rowan Classic babies book 4. It says to Increase the center edge front stitch. I have never done this. How do I tell which is the center front stitch. Replies would be deeply appreciated. HAPPY 4th of July!!!:??
