Has anyone ever knitted these? I was wondering if I could knit them on circulars or do I need straight needles?

You can knit back and forth on circular needles like you would on straights.

I was wondering how can I adjust the pattern for size. The pattern calls for a 8-9 shoe size and I wear a 10.

Carla, you would just knit them an inch or so longer, doing the heel and toe shaping the same.
